Khalala
Khalala is a women entrepreneurship program powered by Standard Lesotho Bank. Our objective is to empower women entrepreneurs through connecting them with each other and with other organisations established to support women entrepreneurs
Our aim is to build a platform that empowers Basotho women entrepreneurs, inspires them and provides them with resources to support their growth and success. This program will be beneficial to all women entrepreneurs as it brings together successful and inspirational women to share their experiences.

Standard Lesotho Bank partnered with
Inspire Innovation Business Consultants, a woman-owned company that has been involved in entrepreneurship development programs in Lesotho in the past few years. The company provides training programs as well as business and management advisory services to companies in Lesotho with a keen interest in contributing to the development of the SMME-sector, especially to women business owners who reportedly make up three quarters of SMME-owners in Lesotho.

It aims to celebrate and recognise women entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in Lesotho, to provide a networking platform for them and to connect them with opportunities that will help them grow their businesses.
